Travel free of charge on the Isskogelbahn in Gerlos from 20 June to 11 October 2026 and the Dorfbahn I and II in Königsleiten from 20 June to 04 October 2026.

Late check-out

We hope you will understand that due to the number of beds, late check-outs are not possible. If your check-out is delayed, we have to charge the following amounts:

• 10 a.m. to 12 noon: 30% of the price per day
• 12 noon to 1 p.m.: 50% of the price per day
• After 1 p.m.: 70% of the price per day

General Terms and Conditions
If no other agreement is in place, our house apply to the General Terms and Conditions of business for the Austrian Hotel Industry AGBH 2006 with modification of the cancellation policy §5 Chap. §5.5 and §5.6. - AGBH-EN-2006

Cancellation policy

The right of cancellation in accordance with Section 18, para. 1 line 10 of the Act on Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts (FAGG) does not apply. Instead, the following cancellation terms apply:

• For cancellations up to 31 days prior to the date of arrival no cancellation fee will be charged.
• For cancellations from 30 to 15 days prior to the date of arrival the down payment mentioned in the booking confirmation will be retained
• For cancellations up to 7 days prior to the date of arrival we will charge 70% of the total booked amount.
• We charge 90% of the total booked amount for cancellations in the last week before the date of arrival.
• In case of no-show or premature departure we charge 100% of the total booked amount

Directions

On the Inntal motorway take the Zillertal exit and continue towards Zell am Ziller. At Zell am Ziller follow the direction signs for Gerlos and Gerlospass. After a few sharp bends you will come to Gerlos. Our hotel/apartment building is opposite Gerlos parish church. Parking is available in front of the buildings. Our building is number 145.
